Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for various HR functions such as benefits administration, leave management, and performance review cycles.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits information.
  • Support HR Business Partners with special projects, data analysis, and the generation of essential HR reports.
  • Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR communications, presentations, and internal announcements.
  • Handle confidential employee and company information with the utmost discretion and integrity at all times.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a large corporate environment, particularly within the financial services industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
