Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis of commercial clients, including evaluation of financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and industry trends.
  • Prepare detailed credit memorandums, outlining financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit recommendations for management review.
  • Assess and mitigate credit risk, ensuring full compliance with JPMorgan Chase's credit policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or a related financial risk assessment role within a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of financial statements, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and cash flow analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, forecasting, and data manipulation.
