Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program to learn business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to illustrate current and future state processes.
  • Help analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business operations.
  • Contribute to the development of functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to internal teams.
  • Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of all analysis activities and project artifacts.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in business analysis.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
