Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer, balancing at the start and end of each shift.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate bank products and services, making referrals to personal bankers when necessary.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude, escalating complex problems to management.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those related to security and fraud prevention.
  • Educate customers on various banking channels, such as online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive banking experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and foster a supportive work environment.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
