Key Responsibilities
- Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, balancing at the start and end of each shift.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate bank products and services, making referrals to personal bankers when necessary.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude, escalating complex problems to management.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those related to security and fraud prevention.
- Educate customers on various banking channels, such as online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and foster a supportive work environment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling.
