Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, email, and social media.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, client needs, and new opportunities for engagement.
- Prepare comprehensive marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign data and performance metrics.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing materials.
- Manage and update marketing collateral, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and accuracy of information.
- Support the organization and execution of local community events, client workshops, and client appreciation initiatives.
- Assist with content creation for social media posts, website updates, and engaging email newsletters.
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines to ensure all deadlines are met and initiatives are well-coordinated.
- Process invoices, track expenditures, and assist in managing departmental budgets as required.
- Provide essential administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role, internship, or a similar relevant position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, demonstrating keen attention to detail.
