Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive credit memoranda and reports, summarizing findings, credit recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and evaluate repayment capacity.
  • Monitor existing credit portfolios for changes in financial condition, industry trends, and compliance with loan covenants.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers to gather necessary client information and present credit proposals.
  • Research industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact credit risk.
  • Participate in client meetings and due diligence discussions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank of America's credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
