Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and expand a designated portfolio of existing client relationships within the dynamic Downtown Fontana market, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Proactively identify and assess client needs, then expertly cross-sell and upsell appropriate Bank of America products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and treasury management solutions.
  • Develop and rigorously execute strategic client outreach and acquisition plans to onboard new clients and effectively expand market share.
  • Serve as the authoritative primary point of contact for clients, providing expert financial advice, resolving complex inquiries, and efficiently addressing any service issues.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal partners across various lines of business, such as Wealth Management Advisors, Small Business Bankers, and Commercial Lenders, to deliver holistic, integrated financial solutions.
  • Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of Bank of America’s comprehensive product offerings, the competitive landscape, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular, in-depth client reviews to proactively assess changing financial needs and present tailored, value-added solutions.

  • Ensure all client interactions, financial transactions, and data management strictly adhere to Bank of America's rigorous compliance, ethical, and privacy standards.
  • Prepare and present compelling, data-driven financial proposals and solutions to clients, articulating clear value propositions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial services, direct sales, or dedicated relationship management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building, nurturing, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Strong foundational understanding of diverse financial products, services, investment vehicles, and market dynamics.
