Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across various functions.
- Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements for technical and development teams.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, quality assurance, and end-users throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and system specifications.
- Assist in the development of test plans and strategies, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful solution deployment.
- Facilitate communication and act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and SDLC.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, basic Python/R) and modeling techniques.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
