Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer information about Luminor Bank's products and services, making appropriate referrals to specialized staff.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and manage cash flow effectively, adhering to bank policies and security procedures.
- Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, online banking support, and general financial inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and changes in banking regulations.
- Complete all required documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Latvian and English.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions and data.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
- Cash handling experience is a significant advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or a similar financial institution.
- Familiarity with banking software and operational procedures.
