Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various financial systems and external sources.

  • Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business units, to define data requirements and analytical solutions.
  • Support the design and implementation of A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features or strategies.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytical processes and reporting.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analysis, data science, and financial technology.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar quantitative role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and build analytical models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
