Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various financial systems and external sources.
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business units, to define data requirements and analytical solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features or strategies.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytical processes and reporting.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analysis, data science, and financial technology.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar quantitative role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and build analytical models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
