Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis).
- Prepare comprehensive client presentations, offering memorandums, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct in-depth industry and company-specific research, identifying key trends and investment opportunities.
- Assist in the due diligence process for various transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Support senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution, from origination to closing.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions, contributing analytical insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, financial regulations, and industry developments.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different functional areas and geographies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong grasp of financial concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
