Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of complex client projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing effective contingency plans.
  • Oversee and manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure all project deliverables adhere to EY's rigorous quality standards and consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on project progress, performance metrics, and financial status to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices within the organization.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to align on project objectives and outcomes.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in leading project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, ServiceNow PPM).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist).
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with transformational programs or complex system implementations.
  • Industry-specific experience in sectors such as Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences, or Public Sector.
  • Experience managing international or geographically dispersed project teams.
