Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and flowcharts.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to project teams and clients.
- Support the implementation of operational changes, including testing new processes and systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 1+ year of experience in an analytical or operational support role (internships count).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages.
- Prior internship or project experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
