Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and multiple teams, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including booking rooms, setting up technology, and distributing agendas.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing calls and messages appropriately with professionalism.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office organization to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, including preparing workstations and coordinating initial logistical needs.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
