Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Site Foreman and Project Manager in daily site operations and supervision.
- Learn and apply all site safety regulations and protocols, helping to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support the coordination of on-site personnel, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Help monitor project progress against schedules and report any deviations.
- Learn to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Assist with quality control inspections to ensure work meets Implenia's high standards.
- Participate in site meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
- Learn basic record-keeping for site activities, labor, and materials.
- Contribute to problem-solving and proactive management of site challenges.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment on site.
Required Skills

- First aid certification.
