Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of client business processes, workflows, and data to identify operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions and process enhancements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client personnel to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of new operational procedures, systems, or technologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Participate in client workshops and meetings, providing expert input and facilitating discussions on operational challenges.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to operations management.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in operations, business analysis, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA.
