Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities within the Visalia and broader Central Valley market.
- Support senior business development professionals in executing targeted outreach campaigns and relationship-building initiatives.
- Assist in the development and delivery of compelling presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Manage and update client relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information on client interactions and sales pipeline status.
- Coordinate introductory meetings and follow-up communications with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with KPMG's service line leaders and subject matter experts to understand service offerings and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Track and report on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
- Represent KPMG at local industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client challenges to identify new opportunities for KPMG's services.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably within professional services
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
