Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets, coordinating background checks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management cycles, employee engagement surveys, and training sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR specialists.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Help organize and coordinate company events and employee welfare activities.
- Process HR-related documentation, including employment verifications, status changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations and employee satisfaction.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
