Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to client business challenges.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings effectively.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to understand their business needs and define analytical requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of data models and analytical solutions.
- Assist in the development and optimization of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Document analytical processes, methodologies, and results for transparency and reproducibility.
- Stay abreast of emerging data analysis techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
