Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior Business Development and Client Relationship Partners in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, client challenges, and competitive landscapes, particularly within the Rancho Cucamonga and broader Inland Empire area.
  • Assist in developing compelling proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials that articulate PwC's value proposition.
  • Proactively engage with prospective clients through targeted outreach, networking events, and direct communication to generate new leads and foster initial relationships.
  • Manage and maintain client relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information on client interactions, sales pipeline, and activities.
  • Coordinate internal resources and subject matter experts to ensure seamless delivery of client-focused solutions and presentations.
  • Participate in client meetings and discussions, documenting key takeaways and contributing to strategic follow-up plans.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align business development strategies with broader marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or consulting, preferably within professional services.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex service offerings and value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and client needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
