Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams and individuals, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle office correspondence, including drafting and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professional presentation.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card statements.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and access.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Facilitate communication between departments and assist with project-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot minor IT issues and coordinate with IT support for more complex technical problems.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer service orientation.
