Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research across various industries and market segments to support client engagements and internal initiatives.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges relevant to client needs.
- Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing complex research findings and strategic recommendations.
- Support consulting project teams with timely and accurate information and insights, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define research objectives, methodologies, and scope.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscapes, and emerging market trends to provide proactive insights.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets and intellectual capital, sharing best practices and methodologies.
- Present research findings and recommendations effectively to project teams and, occasionally, to clients, fostering informed decision-making.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw insightful conclusions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with various research databases.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
