Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of complex projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Implement and adhere to project management best practices, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and PwC standards.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and conduct regular meetings to review project performance.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing deliverables and ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Facilitate change management processes, adapting plans and strategies as project requirements evolve.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale, complex projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and scope effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
