Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support client projects and internal initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
- Collaborate with project managers and consulting teams to integrate financial analysis into broader client solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling functions).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial concepts.
- Proven ability to build and manipulate complex financial models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
- CFA or CPA designation (or progress towards one).
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in a consulting firm or large corporate finance department.
