Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees, preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) with a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR team members.
  • Prepare HR-related documents and reports as needed, such as employment verification letters and organizational charts.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
  • Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement activities and firm events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned, supporting process improvements.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
