Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and client-specific data to support engagement teams.

- Collaborate with senior consultants to identify client needs, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.

- Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating resources.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and clients.
- Continuously enhance consulting skills and industry knowledge through formal training and on-the-job experience.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
