Key Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and regular patrols to deter theft and ensure safety.
- Identify and investigate suspicious activities, potential security breaches, and loss prevention opportunities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergency situations, and incidents, following established protocols.
- Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with store management and local law enforcement when necessary.
- Provide a visible security presence, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and associates.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Assist in training associates on loss prevention awareness and security best practices.
