Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding process for new team members, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Serve as a first point of contact for team member inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the coordination of various HR programs and initiatives, such as training sessions, employee engagement events, and performance reviews.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Generate HR-related reports and data analyses as needed.
- Ensure all HR-related activities adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws and company guidelines.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
