Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic client files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone communications, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare expense reports and assist with basic billing and invoicing procedures.
- Support general office duties to maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Required Skills
