Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from trailers, ensuring proper handling and placement to prevent damage.
- Sort packages efficiently according to destination codes and delivery routes.
- Scan packages using handheld devices, ensuring accurate tracking information.
- Lift, push, pull, carry, and place packages weighing up to 70 pounds, and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds with assistance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate various equipment, such as dollies, hand trucks, and other moving aids, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
