Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of procurement activities, including processing purchase orders and tracking order statuses.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, quality concerns, and invoicing discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain supply chain documentation, reports, and records in accordance with company standards.
- Support logistics operations, including arranging shipments, tracking goods in transit, and coordinating with freight forwarders.
- Conduct data entry and analysis related to supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Liaise with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure material availability and project timelines are met.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
