Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of procurement activities, including processing purchase orders and tracking order statuses.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, quality concerns, and invoicing discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain supply chain documentation, reports, and records in accordance with company standards.
  • Support logistics operations, including arranging shipments, tracking goods in transit, and coordinating with freight forwarders.
  • Conduct data entry and analysis related to supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure material availability and project timelines are met.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
