Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of production technicians and assemblers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production output, quality, and safety performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct daily team meetings to communicate objectives, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain departments to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges, and solutions to management.
- Champion Lean manufacturing principles and drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Perform performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
