Key Responsibilities
- Operate various hand and power tools, and light industrial machinery to assemble vehicle components.
- Perform repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections of parts and assembled units to identify defects and ensure quality.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and continuous improvement.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs regularly, and perform bending, twisting, and reaching motions
