Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring cost-effectiveness and fiscal responsibility.

- Champion GM's project management methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and other necessary documentation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in project management, including full lifecycle management.
