Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new partners, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless integration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, databases, and digital filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for basic HR inquiries, directing partners to appropriate resources or escalating complex issues to HR specialists.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training logistics, and performance management cycles.
- Process HR-related documentation, including employment verification, changes in status, and terminations, with accuracy and discretion.
- Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Generate routine HR reports and assist with data analysis to support HR decision-making.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive employee information and HR data.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications
