Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all public and back-of-house areas.
- Sanitise and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained.
- Clean and polish windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Empty and clean waste bins, replacing liners and ensuring proper waste segregation and disposal.
- Clean and sanitise food preparation areas, counter surfaces, and equipment, following strict hygiene protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of staff rooms and office areas.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or cleaning equipment malfunctions to the store manager.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Starbucks' brand image through exceptional cleanliness.
