Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Starbucks orders to customers within the designated Dundee area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards while operating a delivery vehicle.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining the quality, temperature, and presentation of products.
- Verify order accuracy and completeness before leaving the store and upon delivery to the customer.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the Starbucks brand positively with every interaction.
- Handle payments and transactions accurately and securely, if applicable (e.g., cash on delivery).
- Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery times, such as order preparation, cleaning, stocking, or general store support.
- Maintain cleanliness and conduct basic maintenance checks of the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with store staff and customers regarding delivery status, potential delays, or any order-related issues.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies rigorously.
Required Skills
- Valid UK Driving License with a clean driving record (minimal to no penalty points).
- Strong geographical knowledge of Dundee and surrounding areas for efficient route planning.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery schedules.
