Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of Starbucks beverages, following recipes and standards for quality and presentation.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including customer seating areas, restrooms, and beverage preparation stations.
- Stock shelves and display cases, ensuring products are fresh, appealing, and readily available.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and preparing for the next shift.
- Learn and apply product knowledge to confidently recommend items and answer customer questions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.
