Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and monitoring of supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Support inventory management processes, including stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate operational data records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new operational procedures and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role (minimum 12 months)
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
