Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and acquire new individual and business clients through various channels.
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio by identifying further needs and cross-selling suitable products.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses for clients to understand their financial and insurance requirements.
- Present and explain PZU's insurance and financial products clearly and persuasively.
- Prepare personalized offers and conclude sales contracts.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and build long-term, trusting client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and PZU's product portfolio.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite).
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's), preferably in economics, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the insurance or banking sector.
- Knowledge of insurance products and financial regulations.
- Possession of a valid driving license (Category B).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
