Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of supply chain operations.
- Process orders and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities, including inventory, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare reports and present data on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain processes and systems.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to forecast demand and align supply.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (18+ months) in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and best practices.
- Understanding of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry supply chain.
