Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and check incoming goods against purchase orders, noting any discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
- Safely load goods onto outgoing vehicles, adhering to company procedures and load security guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and potentially forklifts (if certified), in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, regularly conducting housekeeping duties.
- Perform stock rotation and inventory checks, reporting any shortages or damages.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English).
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Forklift truck licence (reach or counterbalance) – training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes.
