Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.
- Present and promote Johnson & Johnson's portfolio of products, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and clinical data to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective territory planning, prospecting, and sales execution.
- Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and educational sessions to ensure product understanding and optimal usage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines, particularly regarding promotional practices.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
