Key Responsibilities

  • Execute laboratory experiments and tests according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Collect, record, and organize experimental data accurately and systematically.
  • Perform preliminary data analysis and interpret results, preparing summaries for senior researchers.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage of chemicals and materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to P&G's quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, and manufacturing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory and research processes.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of practical laboratory experience (academic research, co-op, or industry).
  • Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques and equipment operation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal (English and French).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Experience in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or food and beverage industries.
