Key Responsibilities
- Assist audit teams with the planning, execution, and completion of various audit engagements.
- Perform initial review and analysis of financial statements and supporting documentation, identifying discrepancies or areas of concern.
- Gather and meticulously analyze financial data, including invoices, bank statements, ledger entries, and other crucial records.
- Document audit findings accurately and prepare comprehensive working papers in strict accordance with BDO's established methodologies and professional standards.
- Participate actively in client meetings and interact professionally with client personnel under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.
- Learn and diligently apply relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, K3) and audit methodologies to practical scenarios.
- Support senior auditors with various administrative tasks and research related to ongoing audit engagements.
- Actively participate in all internal training sessions, workshops, and continuous professional development initiatives.
- Adhere to strict deadlines, manage time effectively, and maintain consistently high-quality standards in all assigned tasks.
- Develop a fundamental understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and core business processes across different industries.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical and advanced problem-solving abilities with a logical approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
