Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demands, and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., manufacturing, procurement, sales) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, carriers) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Resolve supply chain issues and disruptions promptly, developing contingency plans to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to management, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at supply chain innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
  • Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Knowledge of consumer goods industry supply chain best practices.
  • Experience in project management and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
