Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and potentially chat, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, identify root causes, and offer effective solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring complete and detailed records.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring follow-up until resolution.
  • Educate customers on P&G products, features, and usage, enhancing their overall brand experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is a strong asset for Quebec).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and various communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace at home.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1+ year) in a customer service, call center, or remote support role.
  • Experience with consumer goods products or a related industry.
  • Post-secondary education or certification in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with P&G brands and products.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer service platforms.
