Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines, pallets, and trucks.
- Package finished goods accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and optimize workflow.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Perform general labour tasks as assigned to support overall factory operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
