Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Load and unload materials and products from production lines, pallets, and trucks.
  • Package finished goods accurately and efficiently for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and optimize workflow.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Perform general labour tasks as assigned to support overall factory operations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Adherence to strict safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
