Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) for entry-level positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, including sending interview confirmations, providing updates, and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding materials.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements on various platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screens for high-volume roles.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and confidential information.
- Facilitate background checks and reference checks in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with the coordination of new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Coca-Cola, representing our values and culture to prospective employees.
