Job Description

Are you a seasoned Salesforce expert with a passion for teaching and empowering others? Isagenix International is actively seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Salesforce Trainer to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for our diverse user base, ranging from new hires to experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and update engaging Salesforce training curriculum and materials (e.g., presentations, user guides, quick reference cards, e-learning modules).
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to various departments and user groups.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching and support for users requiring personalized assistance.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously refining programs for optimal results.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices, integrating relevant changes into training programs.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, business analysts, and department leaders to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
  • Create and manage training schedules, ensuring timely delivery of programs to meet organizational demands.
  • Provide post-training support and resources to ensure successful user adoption and ongoing proficiency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce functionality and user best practices.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Trainer.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing training materials.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content delivery and tracking.
  • Experience working in a global organization or a fast-paced corporate environment.
